Given the customized nature of our product, Panel Theory & Co.™ cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless the product itself is deemed defective.  Thus, please ensure that you select your electrical panel make and model CAREFULLY, as each model differs in their measurements and they cannot be used interchangeably.

Panel Theory & Co.™ is not responsible for errors in make and model ordering. If, however, there is an issue with the colour or quality of the design, please contact us directly at sales@paneltheory.com and we will be pleased to address your concerns in a fair and timely manner.

Products may only be returned if deemed damaged or defective.

Panel Theory & Co.™ cannot accept covers that are damaged due to application error. In order to avoid these mishaps, we have included very clear printed instructions to assist you in an error free application.
